RAGE GUARD uses graduated compression — firm through the core, freer through the shoulders — so it supports without restricting your range of motion. If between sizes, size up for training, size true for competition.

Rinse in cold water immediately after training, machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, and hang dry. Never use fabric softener or tumble dry — it breaks down the compression weave over time.
